Before Covid-19 closed the venue, we worked with The Hub on the Royal Mile. An unusual venue which combines a booking office, a café and large event spaces – often misunderstood by the market. Brought in by a new general manager, we aligned PR to the business plan, which was particularly focused on increasing revenue through improving quality across the board. Staff profiles, contract wins and securing inclusion in business tourism features were part of an increase in social media engagement of 171%; pushing the Hub from online obscurity to page 1 on Google; a client spend increase of 15%; a 20% increase in revenue; and the general manager was awarded Venue Manager of the Year in the Business Women in Hospitality Awards.
