The Pagoda Stream
Lights, camera, action! Video content can really bring traditional media activity to life. Whether it is a case study aimed at trade publications, internal comms materials, or quick snappy clips for social media, we can help tell your story. Read on to see our examples below or visit our YouTube channel.
Trade Publication Case Studies
We regularly write case studies for Donaldson Timber Engineering, which we place in print magazines and distribute via quarterly newsletters to staff, customers and stakeholders. We wanted to continue sharing the company’s capabilities and technical expertise in this format, but knew that we needed to be innovative in our approach. We decided that as trade publications were improving their online presence, creating digital content was a prime opportunity to innovate our existing PR programme and communicate with a new audience. Video case studies are not a new idea in general, but there were no examples of this in the timber and construction sectors, so saw an opening that online publications would also be interested in.
Award Ceremony Spotlights
SSSA was launched in 2017 as a new way of celebrating the work of Scotland’s social services sector. Our challenge was to spread the word to individuals, teams, and organisations across the country. Creating a partnership with regional colleges, video content was produced to bring inspirational nominee stories to life.
Scottish Social (Media) Services
The Scottish Social Services Awards needed support throughout the entire project – from promoting nominations, facilitating an online judging process, engaging with industry stakeholders, and hosting the afternoon tea awards ceremony. Vibrant, lively, and chatty social media channels supported our media work and provided a significantly raised profile for the Scottish Social Services – reaching leading organisations and individuals in the social services and care industry. We created short vox-pop social media videos at the 2017 ceremony in preparation for another successful year in 2018.
