Edinburgh New Town Cookery School (ENTCS) has a few places remaining for 2017 Christmas party packages. The options include creative festive experiences that staff will never forget and offer a unique foodie take on the traditional corporate Christmas night out.
An event at ENTCS is both private and exclusive and is an ideal way to escape the mayhem and celebrate in style, yet still have great fun or even learn a new skill. This year, the school is offering bespoke options which offer the freedom to create the perfect event.
Groups of up to 20 can don their aprons and cook up a storm in the gorgeous pillared kitchen.
Canapés and Prosecco
This package allows groups to cook in teams to create a range of delicious canapés to be enjoyed with a glass or two of Prosecco.
The Great Business Bake Off
Roll up the suit sleeves for a mini ‘Bake off’ and go head to head with colleagues to produce the best bakes. The competitors’ baked goods are then judged and the winner is awarded a prize.
Team Cooking
Learn a new skill and prepare a three course lunch or dinner in teams, before moving to the stunning dining room to enjoy alongside colleagues with a glass of wine or two.
World Flavours
Learn how to cook a meal from another country! Teams can learn how to make delicious meals such as Vietnamese dishes, Spanish Tapas, Asian street food, Japanese sushi, classic Italian or curries from around the world.
A Delicious Demonstration
Let the chefs do the work, and pick up a new skill through a cookery demonstration by the school’s experienced teachers, followed by lunch or dinner in the dining room.
Wine and Food Matching
For a less hands-on experience, choose from a wine and food matching lunch or a delicious dinner in the stunning dining room catered by the school’s expertly trained chefs.
Festive Fizz
Alternatively, book a ‘Festive Fizz Tasting’ evening and compare Proseccos, Champagnes, Cavas and New World Sparklers, while enjoying canapés and office chat.
