We use a variety of methods to develop strategies and plans, from large-scale audits to running a one-off workshop session with your management team designed to focus on your communication needs.
Our strategy development work includes:

- facilitating strategy development workshops
- drawing up a strategic framework that sets out clear, measurable objectives, target audiences, stakeholder/key message matrix, timelines and budgets
- guidelines on how monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication plans
We've worked with companies and organisations to develop communication strategies including WASPS, Scottish Commissioner for Children and Young People (SCCYP), RSPGB, Scottish Leadership Foundation and the NHS.
We also work with in-house teams: this can involve bringing together national or local inter-agency PR teams to pursue a common PR programme supported by on-line toolkits and forums to share best practice.
