Hundreds of Perthshire residents will now be able to order Waitrose goods straight to their door step, as the supermarket has extended its delivery area.
Perthshire householders will now be able to order shopping online at www.waitrose.com, meaning they won’t have to travel to Stirling to pick up their favourite Waitrose items.
David Sharp, branch manager of Waitrose Stirling, said: “We have ordered a brand new delivery van to help us reach more customers across the region.
“This was in response to a great number of requests from customers in Waitrose Stirling, who wanted to shop with us but didn’t necessarily want to have to drive such a distance each time.
“Customers can find out whether they’re now in a delivery area by checking on www.waitrose.com. We want to make this service available to as many people as possible, so please get in touch if your postcode isn’t included and we’ll do what we can.”
Waitrose’s online delivery service offers convenient two-hour delivery slots, including evenings and weekends. Customers will be able to order groceries, beauty products, gifts, flowers and household items. The delivery service is free on orders of over £60.
