Background
We were asked to organise the launch of a report at the European Parliament on behalf of a leading professional organisation, which represents members in the healthcare, education and justice services.
What we Did
- We worked with our client and in conjunction with the European Commission to project manage the event
- We identified and secured the sponsoring MEP
- We researched the guest list
- We handled the event’s media requirements
Results
- The client presented their report in the European Parliament, on a Committee week to an audience of key stakeholders, sparking a constructive debate.
- The report and its launch generated media attention both in the European and UK press
