Is Scotland Ready for Clegg?

The Nick Clegg phenomenon - transforming his party’s fortunes along with the landscape of British politics, with his performance in the first ever televised Prime Ministerial debate - is starting to take effect in Scotland. Languishing in Scottish opinion polls just a few weeks ago at a lowly 14% of the vote, their share has now risen to 24%. Not quite the surge that has been achieved in the UK wide polls but significant progress. Full article here
