Keith Geddes

Policy Director

A specialist in our public affairs team, Keith is a past president of COSLA and former leader of the City of Edinburgh Council.  He has also served on a number of public bodies, including Scottish Enterprise, the Accounts Commission, Scottish Natural Heritage and the Scottish Arts Council, and he is Chair of the Central Scotland Green Network Trust.

Keith's extensive experience in local government, planning, housing and education policy make him perfectly placed to provide clients with a better understanding of current policy developments.  His current clients include DSM Demolition, Homes for Scotland, Nationwide, Stewart Milne, McCarthy & Stone and a number of onshore renewable developers, including RWE.

Given his love of both politics and his strength in policy communication, Keith is a regular blogger and commentator on the Scottish political scene.

He enjoys providing clients with creative strategies based on his understanding of relevant policy frameworks, while outside the office, he likes to spend time with his two boys and enjoys active outdoor pursuits including walking and playing cricket for his local team.
